• Intelligent Solutions might ask you for your Credit card details in order to provide and activate the services you asked for. You hereby authorize Intelligent Solutions to charge on your Credit card for any unpaid charge for the services, equipment or software
• Intelligent Solutions holds the rights to terminate the services if it is found that you are using the services for any computer other than the registered computer/ you are doing any kind of fraudulent activities/ any unauthorized person is using the services.
• If you provide any material to Intelligent Solutions like photographs, feedback, suggestions or if you post/upload any content, Intelligent Solutions will not claim the ownership of such material.
• If you are posting any content you are stating that you reserve the copyright for the same. You know that general public will have access to the same
• You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Intelligent Solutions, and its officers, directors, partners, agents, third party, subsidiaries from all damage and expense (including legal fees) incurred by Intelligent Solutions on account of any claim or lawsuit arising out of or related to your use of this site or material posted on this site under your Log-in details, whether or not authorized by you.
