For subscription based plans, a full refund will be issued if Intelligent Solutions has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within 10 working days of the subscription.
If there is one resolved issue we will refund the partial amount after deducting a nominal charge of $55.00 as a One Time Fix.
If there are more than one resolved issues, the fees for the Subscribed Service will not be refundable. Notwithstanding this Intelligent Solutions Inc. may, at its sole discretion and on the case type, agree to a refund of Subscription fees after deducting charges for servicing the Customer.
For incident based plans, you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met:
You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem still the Issue was not resolved till the time account was active. • The issue is out of scope. • 10 business days have not passed after the same issue which was last worked upon by an Intelligent Solutions technician has reoccured.
All refunds request should be communicated to Intelligent Solutions Inc. either via writing a refund request email to Intelligent Solutions Inc. or by calling us on our toll free phone number(s) mentioned in the contract.
POST 30 days the refunds or termination of contract would be under Pro rated basis for the services classified under subscription and that too would require a special approval.
For Onsite Technician’s Visit:
100% refund will be provided in case of any Cancellation of Onsite Technician only when informed 48 hrs prior to the ETA. Data recovery or data backup is not 100% guaranteed. Even if full data or no data is recovered you are eligible to pay for the onsite visit charge that has been agreed and accepted. Please review our return policy before purchasing any of our Products or Services or both. Intelligent Solutions offers a detailed description of its software and Hardware. Therefore, it is acknowledged that the customer has thoroughly reviewed products and services of their choice and is satisfied with its quality before carrying out actual purchase of products/services. Please mention your reason for refund beyond no resolution, under such request a reply will be sent to you after it has been determined whether or not a return/refund is necessary. Hardware Return/Other party products & service Customer must not open the package all seals and packaging tape of manufacturers' packaging must be unbroken. DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model, in case you would like to return the products to Intelligent Solutions Inc, you need to contact our customer care team @ Extn – 2 who would generate RA and provide it to you to mention it on the return package to be shipped back along with the correct address. Packages cannot be returned without RA # (Return Authorization). Shipping charges will be borne by the customer in cases of replacement or return. Replacement requests by customers should be within 30 days of subscription. Any replacement request beyond 30 days of subscription would not be entertained. Intelligent Solutions will initiate the RA and the customer service team will guide you further. Also the under-mentioned needs to be followed.
Product must be complete and should be in manufacturer's original and unbroken and unopened packaging, with no visible damage (e.g. rips, tears, compressions, holes or dents). In cases of wrong model shipped by the vendor the package could be opened but the product should be complete except for licensed products where once the license has been used the software/ product becomes non refundable. All seals and packaging tape of manufacturers' packaging must be unbroken. There must be no markings or writing on manufacturer's packaging. There must be no stickers, other than the shipping label, on manufacturer's packaging. If a carton is shrink-wrapped, a shipping label must be on the shrink-wrap and the top of the carton. All product/s, including the manufacturer carton(s), should be packed into an additional shipping carton to help prevent damage while in transit. In case you choose to return the package due to any other reason besides effective/damaged you will be liable for the shipping fee. Cancellation of order: - In case you request for a cancellation of order, please reach us in 48 hours of Onsite ETA/30 days for hardware and services to help you with the return process. The product should be under return policy to be eligible for a return. This is applicable for products in delivered state only. If the customer decides to return the product then: Your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the date of order.
